Our thermofoil technology differs from our melamine laminates in how the material is applied. Using a specialized heat-shrunk foil, the surface is applied and molds around the shape of the composite wood underneath. This lets us create many different styles for the shape of the door, whether it eases the edges, creates a traditional raised panel, or even styles it in the popular shaker style, all in a broad range of colors and textures.
